Additional Segmentation for Project Appeals

It would be great to be able to segment via years ie if someone hasnt donated since 2013 it would be great just to target them or those who have recently donated in the last 2years.....
Also like Marilyn said, new donors only, donors who havent given in the last year plus those generated through GG so we can give them back ground information.
Also segment across all of our projects
Marilyn Thompson
1) Total of donation amounts across all 5 of our projects per year - so we can identify major donors;
2) New donors this year or this quarter;
3) Donors who have not given in the past year;
4) GlobalGiving-generated donors, so we can send them background information about our organization

I would be interested in being able to segment a project appeal to those who have donated via a gift card to see if we can entice them to becoming on-going donors.

It is really important to our organisation to be able to choose which projects' supporters to send any particular appeal to. We have projects in two different countries that have recently been at war! We also have projects helping different target groups, so they do not always naturally share exactly the same donor base.

Project appeals for gift card donors

Could you make it possible to send project appeals to donors who have given gift cards? It would be great to be able to convert some of these into regular donors and sending a tailored message might help.

Great suggestion, Sarah. I absolutely agree.

Do you mean look across all donors and then select ones that have given to a particular cause at any point in time so that you can communicate with both past and present donors for that cause? I'd love that

Terrific idea Sarah!

Just to clarify: you'd like to send appeals to people who have given by gift card, but not other means. Correct?
