There are too many campaigns, and some of the campaigns overlap with other non-GG campaigns which are location specific, so it becomes difficult to pick the campaign to tell the donors which one to donate to.

Can we have a discussion on the campaigns and their dates?

Miranda Cleland: The campaign calendar meeting happens anyway every year. That is not what I am looking for. 
I am looking for a open discussion where we can discuss the campaigns itself, before GG announces the campaigns.
If GG is open to make changes to campaign dates or structures based on the inputs from this meeting, then it is great.

Celebrate 16 days of Activism

16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is an international campaign to challenge violence against women and girls. The campaign runs every year from 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to 10 December, Human Rights Day.

How about marking a special giving event for this duration especially for organisation working on violence against women and Human Right issues.

I don't mind having multiple campaigns all running together. I just push the one that I think we should push while still giving donors info on the other options. But I like having it all around the same time because I don't want to keep coming back to donors with a new campaign.

For me, it is more manageable when I can focus my time on setting up for the campaign, doing the campaign, and then it is over. Maybe if we had more staff, I would feel differently, but I can't focus all my time on fundraising.

I agree. It is embarrassing for us to reach out to the same donors.Some of them refuse to pay 15% or 7 1/2 % ,handling charge from GG,in order to avoid the fee,they send their donations via Paypal which is 2 1/2 %

We never had any luck with the challenges.
