We appreciate the infomation the GG team send us and all the support. And we also think that it would be better to receive, not less information, but less Emails with the same information condensed. There were some weeks where we received too many Emails with the same information and it is easy to get lost.

Thanks again for your feedback on emails! We're tackling this issue two ways: implementing a more structured communications strategy on the Program Team, and undergoing an audit + update of automatic/transactional emails later this year.

Hi Maryam, thanks so much for this comment! We're currently re-thinking our methods of communication with nonprofit partners. There are two kinds of emails you receive: 1. System emails (daily donation updates, project report due date reminders, etc.) 2. Communications from the GlobalGiving team (campaign + bonus day information, Online Fundraising Academy, Learn articles, Peer Learning Network). Is there one category you feel is more confusing/overwhelming than the other?

Miranda Cleland: Hi Miranda, thank you for your response and sorry for the delay in answering back. I think the second category is more confusing, maybe it would be better to receive less e-mails with more information in each e-mail. Probably it is not the same for everybody and is difficult for you to "make it the right way" for each person and organization. For us it would work better this way, because we are a small team and could have a better overview of the different activities.
